Edgar, the vineyard’s first winemaker.

Perched at the top of Mount Majura Vineyard.

Edgar is a breezy hideout with panoramic views of the vineyard, the rich green pine forest and the black and blue hills of Canberra.

Unwind in an interior of earthy tones with warm timbers. Spend time outdoors in the landscaped surrounds and enjoy a wine on the deck with views over the vineyard and cellar door.

This tent is our original accommodation and is perfect those who don’t mind an uphill walk.

• Solar powered for lights and charging small devices & small fridge

Must Knows

• One night stays only

• 5 minute uphill walk to reach Edgar, car’s cannot enter the vineyard.

• Choose your time of year and keep an eye on the weather forecast, bookings go ahead in rain or shine. You can read more about each season in the vineyard here.

• Our tents do not have internal heating. We provide a wool blanket and Rumpl sleeping bag in colder months, but also suggest packing as if you were going on a regular camping trip (beanies, jackets, gloves and thick socks).

• Fire pits are not available outside of May - September, due to the potential of smoke taint of the grapes.
